History:

Well, there isn't much to my history. I grew up in New York City. I took my fair share of dancing and singing classes. I basically had the perfect life. Then, my mother had to get her job switched over to this little town. I wasn't happy about it until I heard about the lake story. That really got me in a better mood about living here. You could say that I am the Nancy Drew of our time.

"Shailene was really excited about spending the day with Hunter. Not just because she liked him, but because he is a really cool guy and he is a musician too. She wondered if he was going to try out for the talent show. She was thinking of trying out and singing the song that she wrote for her dad. She had decided earlier that day that she was going to be in the talent show. She really wants someone other than her mom to hear the song.

They made their way over to the car and he opened the door for her. She smiled to herself, but she told herself not to assume that he was flirting. She didn't want to get her hopes up all high just to have them come crashing down around her. That happened before. She got into the car and waited for him to get in.

It was slightly awkward for about 2 seconds. Then he said that she looked nice in that dress. She told herself not to take that as flirting. So she didn't. "Thanks. You look nice too."And he really did look nice. Well, in Shai's eyes, he always did. It was quiet for a couple more seconds and then he told her that she could pick some music. She didn't want him to totally hate what she put on and she knew that he wasn't up for anything cause Shailene did the same thing. She quickly put on "Love Drunk" by Boys Like Girls. She was hoping that he didn't totally hate it, but she guessed that she would never know.

They got to the beach before the song was even over. She got out of the car and followed Hunter to a nice sunny spot on the sand. He kicked off his shoes and peeled off his shirt. She had to look away as to not tease herself....this was just too much. She turned back around just in time for him to ask if she was ready to go swimming. She nodded her head and took off her dress so she was only in her orange bikini. She was never embarrassed of her body, but she thought, "What if Hunter thinks I look disgusting?" She wasn't sure if he did or not, but she headed toward the water anyway.

She was getting kind of hungry, but she didn't want to ask and seem like a fat ass...she didn't think that Hunter would think she was, but hey, you never know. She went into the water and got soaked instantly. She was so embarrassed. She laughed it off though and went under. She loved the beach. She wasn't a big fan of the sand, but she loved going into the water."
